eTelecare is now Stream Global Services - Phoenix

Stream Global Services operates two centers in the Greater Phoenix area.  About 1,600 Stream employees work in Arizona. 

These employees are hard working both on the job and beyond. They have supported charities including the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, raising thousands of dollars each year. 

It’s a fun atmosphere at the Phoenix centers. Lunch is catered daily by local restaurants to all of the Arizona centers, and every Friday the company provides free bagels to employees.  In Arizona, employees also receive special discounts at LA Fitness Centers.

What’s it like to work at Stream?

It’s fast paced…never a dull moment.  You’ll be taking calls all day long, helping customers, answering questions about products, making a difference in people’s lives.

You’ll receive several weeks of paid training when you start. But it can’t prepare you for everything. You’ll need to think on your feet.
