EligibilityEmployees and their dependents are eligible for benefits the first of the month following 30 days of employment, unless otherwise noted. This also includes same-sex domestic partners and adult children between the ages of 19 and 25 (adult dependents must be disabled or in school full time).

* Cigna Open Access Plus In-Network - (exclusive preferred provider network) that offers 90% coverage in network and no out-of-network benefits
* Cigna Open Access Plus -(preferred provider network) that offers 80% coverage in network and 60% coverage out of network
* Cigna Choice Fund -A consumer driven health plan with generous HRA (health care reimbursement account) funds and a traditional PPO
* Carefirst BlueCross BlueShield EPPO-(exclusive preferred provider network) that offers 90% coverage in network and no out-of-network benefits
